How one institution brought an academic term into one LMS.
Multiple programme types, learner activity, attendance, assessments, content and progress were brought into one system of record across the term.
The use case
The institution was running coding programmes, B-school cohorts and placement-readiness tracks at the same time. The work was spread across different records, making it harder to see what was happening across the term from one place.
Infy LMS became the common layer for courses, cohorts, attendance, learning content, assessment scores and learner progress.
One place for the term
Approximately 180 live courses were running during the term. Instead of maintaining a separate view for every programme coordinator, the institution could work from one shared system.

Together, these views show how Infy LMS can hold the term structure, reusable content and course-level grading inside one academic system.
Progress became visible end to end
Before the LMS held the full record, progress had to be understood from separate sources. Once the term moved into one system, completion could be followed directly within the course.
Cohort programmes could mark completion when a learner finished, while self-paced programmes could be followed through continuous progress data.
Attendance, sessions and learning activity stayed connected
Attendance was an important signal, but it was only one part of the course record. The same LMS also captured session activity, course components, learner progress and assessment outcomes.
This gave academic teams a fuller view of what happened inside a course. They could see whether learners attended, what they completed and how they performed without checking separate systems.

Institution content stayed part of the programme
The institution did not have to rely on a fixed catalogue. Existing learning material and institution-created content could live together inside the same LMS.
Common LMS use cases this setup supports.
The case study shows the scale. These are some of the day-to-day admin use cases Infy LMS is designed to handle inside the same academic system.
One term. One system of record.
A term that had been spread across five tools could be managed from one LMS. Courses, attendance, sessions, scores, content and learner progress became queryable and reportable from the same platform across the institution's programmes.
Figures reflect one tenant's 12-month term and anonymised production usage data supplied for the case study.
