The problem

One or two mock interviews is not enough practice.

Every session needs an interviewer, a free slot and someone to write the feedback. All three run out long before the batch does.

Practice needs a person. Every session, every student.

Someone has to ask the questions, score the answers and find a slot that suits both. So there is a limit to how many can happen.

One or two sessions. Then the year is over.

Enough to try an interview once or twice, nowhere near enough to get better at one. There is no room to work on what came back.

Feedback is spoken. Then it is gone.

What a student was told in the room is not written down, so nobody can act on it later or check whether it helped.

Students need more interview practice than any office can run by hand.

The solution

Give every student an interview, as many times as they need.

An AI interviewer runs it, so nothing has to be scheduled. Assign it to one student or the whole batch, and run it again whenever you need to.

Walk me through the project on your resume you are proudest of.

Build interviews for any role or round with AI-generated questions, skill-based evaluation, and flexible question libraries. Use InfyLearn’s library, your own questions, or a mix of both.

How it works

Set up one interview and prepare your whole batch.

Choose the round, where the questions come from, and what it examines. Each student gets one built around their own profile and the role.

1

Create the interview

Choose the role, the round, the difficulty and the language. Set it up once and use the same setup for every student.

2

Choose the questions

Use ready-made questions, add your own, or let each student be asked about their own resume and the role. You can mix all three.

3

Send it out

Send it to one student or the whole batch. They sit it on camera, without waiting for a panel or booking a slot.

Colleges also run their admission interviews on it.

It is the same interview, set to admissions. Send it out with the application form, and every applicant sits it on their own time.

  • No slots to bookNo panel to arrange, and no calendar to fill.
  • Every applicant is interviewedNot only the ones a panel had time for.
  • One list you can sortSame questions and same marking, so they compare.

Overview

What the interview concluded, in plain words

It says how the interview went and what would make the same answers stronger.

  • A written summary of how it went
  • Two scores, kept apart: what she knows, and how she came across
  • Every claimed skill rated on how well it was defended

Analysis

How they came across, measured

Delivery is taken off the recording and reported next to the score rather than folded inside it.

  • Every CLEAR dimension against your target band
  • Filler words grouped by what each one is doing
  • Pace, volume and pauses, with the optimal band marked

Skills

Every claimed skill, scored on the answers that tested it

Delivery signals tracked question by question, and a grade per skill drawn only from the questions that tested it.

  • Confidence, fluency and professionalism, question by question
  • Each skill scored only on the answers tagged to it
  • How many questions carried each skill, so a thin sample shows

Question-wise

Every answer, marked on its own

Ten questions, ten marks. A weak answer shows as a weak answer instead of disappearing into an average.

  • The recording and the transcript, word for word
  • What worked and what did not, on every answer
  • The version that would have landed, in her own words

Action Plan

What to do before the next attempt

The tab that turns a score into homework. Short, specific, and written for someone else to hand over.

  • A short list of actions drawn from this interview
  • Specific enough for a mentor to hand over as is
  • Each item can be pushed straight to the student’s tasks

What each dimension is worth

The spoken English band, on the CEFR scale

CEFR is the international scale for language levels, from A1 to C2. The band is read off the communication score, so subject knowledge never stands in for language.

A1under 30
A230–50
B150–68
B268–82
C182–92
C292+

Two scoring frameworks are available. Your team picks one when the interview is built, so a cohort is never measured two ways.

What’s included

All of it included, on one institutional license.

One platform to create, choose, secure, and run interviews at scale. Give every student a consistent interview experience.

Proctoring you turn on when you need it

Run an interview open or proctored. Switch it on and it flags a missing or second face, eyes moving away from the screen, tab switching, objects in frame, and other voices in the room.

Three proctoring alerts from a live interview: tab switching, voice activity, and face movement away from the screen

Six interviewer avatars

Different manner, different accent, previewable before you assign. A student never practises against one style.

Safe Exam Browser

While the interview is open, nothing else on the computer will run. No other apps, no screen sharing, no remote access. No other tabs.

Question groups, weighted your way

Name the groups, set how many questions each carries, and weight them against each other. The duration follows from the count, so you see the length before you assign it.

  • Role specific, 55%
  • Behavioural, 35%

Interview library

Pre-built interviews by company and role. Start from one instead of a blank screen.

  • By company
  • By job role

Keeps going on a slow connection

If the network dips mid-answer the interview holds rather than dropping, so a student does not lose the attempt.

Reports you can download and share

Every report downloads as a file, so it can go to a mentor, into a review, or onto the student’s record.

Interview plus aptitude, one result

An interview and an MCQ round in the same assessment, read as one result.

A whole cohort at once

Thousands of sessions run at the same time, across campuses.

Common questions

The questions we get asked first.

The ones we hear most often. Anything else gets answered on a call, usually in the first ten minutes.

How does this improve our placement results?

Questions come from our library, from your own set, or are built for each student from their resume and the job description, and you can mix all three. Every student then gets written feedback on what they said and how they said it, and can repeat it as often as they need.

How is this different from other mock interview tools?

Most stop at simulating an interview. This adds resume parsing, follow-up questions, interviewer personas, adaptive question sets, and analytics across a whole batch.

Can we use it for specific departments?

Yes. Questions adapt to engineering, business, design and management domains and more, so each department gets preparation built around what it actually needs.

Is proctoring included?

It is optional, and you decide per interview. With it on, nobody has to supervise: it detects an absent or second face, gaze moving away, objects appearing in frame, tab switching and background noise, and records what it found against that attempt.

Will it handle a large batch?

Yes. Thousands of sessions can run at the same time, including across multiple campuses.

Does it integrate with the systems we already use?

Yes, through APIs. That covers data sync, interview scheduling, exporting performance data and record management.

Can a session be revisited later?

Every interview is stored for 30 days along with its report, so teams can use it for review meetings and coaching.
