Can we run two placement cycles at once?
Yes. Each cycle keeps its own programmes, jobs and reporting, so an internship cycle and a final placement cycle never mix.
How far do the eligibility rules go?
Eligibility can combine academic, programme and student profile rules. The platform works the eligible list out from the student record rather than from a spreadsheet.
Can we use our own assessments and interviews?
Yes. Any stage can run an assessment from your Infy Assess library or an Infy Interview round.
Does it suit a department wise placement cell?
Yes. Each role carries its own view scope, so a department head sees their programme and a coordinator gets limited access.
Do recruiters get a login?
