The problem

Every student sends a resume. Nobody reviews them all.

Students cannot see what is wrong with theirs. Your office cannot read four hundred of them. The problems surface after the applications have gone out.

How it works

From college template to recruiter ready.

Four stages, and your office owns two of them. You set the structure at the start and hold the approval at the end. Everything between is the student working inside it.

Stage 01

Your office sets the structure

Your template decides which sections print, what a finished entry needs and which documents have to back it up. Every student in the batch builds inside it.

  • Sections and order you choose
  • Minimum and maximum bullets per entry
  • One date format across the batch
  • Documents required per claim

Stage 02

Students build inside it

Guided forms ask for the fields your template expects, and the finished resume sits beside them as the student types.

  • Structured entry forms
  • Live preview of the finished page
  • Click the preview to edit that entry
  • One master profile, reused
The resume builder with the sections panel open beside the finished resume
Stage 03

Infy Resume checks it

Every resume is read for structure, writing and relevance. The student is told what is wrong, ranked worst first, and what to write instead.

  • Readable by hiring software
  • Complete against your template
  • Bullet quality, scored
  • Matched to a role when one is added
The analysis panel with the RACE score, beside the list of resolved issues
Stage 04

Your team approves it

Documents are checked against the claims they support, mismatches are flagged for your reviewer, and nothing downloads until you approve it.

  • Documents against every claim
  • Mismatches surfaced first
  • Approve, or send back with a note
  • No download before approval

The student

Students build the resume. The structure stays consistent.

Not a blank template. The information your institution expects, with the finished resume beside it.

One record, a copy for each company

The master resume is the student profile. Every application is a copy made from it, so a correction lands once and carries everywhere.

  • Master profile stays the source
  • Company copies never write back
The resume dashboard with the master resume, company copies and the verified profile summary

The fields your template expects

No blank page. Each entry asks for employment type, designation, organisation and dates as structured fields, so the batch stays comparable.

  • Structured fields, not free text
  • Dates in one format across the batch
The add experience form open beside the resume, with structured fields and dates

Edit the resume where you see it

Click any part of the preview and the editor opens on that entry. Students never hunt for which form controls which line.

  • Preview and editor stay in step
  • Changes appear on the finished page
Clicking a section of the resume preview opens that entry in the editor

What is still empty is visible

The student can see which of your sections carry nothing yet. Only filled sections print, so an empty heading never reaches a recruiter.

  • Your sections, in your order
  • Empty sections do not print
The sections panel, showing which sections carry entries and how complete the resume is

Evidence sits with the claim

A marksheet is asked for against the entry that states the marks, not in a separate folder your team has to reconcile later.

  • Requested per entry, not in bulk
  • Ready for review the moment it is submitted
Required documents listed against the experience entry they support
Analysis

Show students what to fix before the resume goes out.

Four things are checked on every resume. We call them RACE, and each one is scored on its own so a student can see which part is costing them.

R Role fit Does it speak to this job?
Keyword overlapRelevant experience firstTitle and seniority
A ATS readiness Can software read the file?

C Content impact Do the bullets show results?

Your placement team

Students build it. Your team stays in control.

The moment a student submits, the profile lands with your office with its documents attached and anything that does not match already flagged. You approve it, or you send it back.

Questions

Questions colleges usually ask.

The ones that come up almost every time. Anything else gets answered on a call.

Does the product write the resume for the student?

No. Students write their own. Infy Resume gives them your structure, flags what is weak or missing, and scores it. Suggestions stay suggestions and the student decides.

Do students need a job description to use it?

No. Three of the four checks run without one. Adding a job description turns on the fourth and makes everything specific to that job.

What is the difference between the master resume and a variant?

The main resume and the student profile are the same record. A variant is a copy made for one company. Changes inside a variant stay there.

Who checks the documents, and how long does it take?

Your admin does. The request arrives the moment a student submits, the AI check runs, and your team approves or sends it back. The speed is yours to set, there is no queue on our side.

Can we use our own resume format?

Yes. We build the template with you. It sets which sections appear, in what order, and what a finished entry looks like.

We already run resume review sessions. Why add this?

A review session is one person reading once. This runs on every resume, every time it changes, and shows your team who still needs help.

What can students export?

A PDF of any resume, once your team has approved their profile. Your team can also export data as CSV or Excel.

Does it connect to the systems we already run?

Yes, over APIs, so results land where your team already looks instead of behind another login.
